StayAlive requires very little disk space.  A full installation of StayAlive will consume less than 700 Kb of disk space. StayAlive has a very low runtime memory requirement.  When StayAlive is running in the background it typically consumes around 140 Kb of memory.  When not running in the background StayAlive has a zero memory requirement.
